Where we ship

We ship worldwide.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery estimates

United States: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. International: 10 to 20 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees, and transit times can vary with the carrier and with customs processing.

Tracking

A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Customs, duties and taxes (international orders)

Orders shipped outside New Zealand may be subject to import duties and taxes, charged once the parcel reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping. JANUS has no control over these amounts and can't predict them.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly-provided address. If an order is returned to us because of an address error, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment.
